The enrolment was closed on 12 August 2009. The instructions for sending your song and making the payment can be found below. Please find the competition rules here.
Choose Your Song and Send It to Us
Send us your one-minute competition clip beforehand on a CD or a Minidisc. You can either edit the clip yourself or send us a copy of your song with the preferred starting point clearly marked on the copy, but note that the clip is not allowed to exceed one minute. Please don't send us your original albums, since we can't be held responsible for them.
Send your song to Oulu Music Video Festival & Air Guitar World Championships, Cultural Centre Valve, P.O. Box 42, 90015 City of Oulu, Finland. Please note that your song must be in our office by 3 August 2009.
You can play different songs in the Qualifying Round and the Final. Please mark clearly on the clip, whether it's for the QR and/or the Final.
NOTE! AGWC is not responsible for copyright clearance of your song!
Make the Payment
The amount of your payment depends on the events you want to participate during the AGWC 2009. Your alternatives as a competitor are:

The package alternatives don't include other than the camp accomodation. Festival rates at Cumulus Hotel Oulu are 72 €/double room/night and 70 €/single room/night.
The payment is made via our partner, Go Arctic!. We will forward your information to Go Arctic!, after which you will receive an e-mail with the payment instructions.
NOTE! Payments are handled from 15 June 2009 onwards. We accept all common credit cards. If you need a separate invoice via regular mail, the handling fee is four (4) euros.
We recommend you take a receipt of the payment with you to Oulu to avoid all mistakes. Please note that you reserve your place in the AGWC jubilation by making the payment.
