It is time to reveal some new national masters of air!
The French Air Guitar Championships was held in the end June in Paris. The new champion is Master Peace, who charmed the audience with his airy manga influenced performance.
Italians got their new champ in the national final, when Daniel Faranna became the 3rd Italian champion also in the end of June. He stood out from 16 finalists and is already looking forward to battle for the highest price on the world final stage in August.
The Greek champ 2008 LionHeart has unfortunately other airy obligations during the AGWC and will be replaced by Carlos Slazenger, who scored second in the Greek national championships. We will also witness some familiar Swiss air guitaring in this year's Final, Alessandro "Mystic Barrito" Veletta is going to represent Switzerland again in August.
All these representatives will join the Air Guitar World
Championships in Oulu, Finland on 22 August 2008. Tickets for the AGWC
