Search for the greatest air guitarist of 2009 in New Zealand is nearing completion. The 8th New Zealand national air guitar championships will take place on Friday 1 May 2009 at the Vesbar in Auckland.
The winner of the kiwi nationals will be awarded
with a trip to Canberra, Australia to compete in the mutual Australian and NZ
air guitar final in June. The best air guitarist of the two great Southern
lands will travel to Finland to strive for the title of the Air Guitar World
Champion with over 20 other international air guitarists on Friday 21 August
2009.
